We had a great stay thanks to the helpful and well-trained staff. The live music was the perfect touch for some much needed relaxation during a stressful trip. The hotel's cleanliness, facilities, parking, and central location in a shopping area made it the best choice for us.

The entire hotel staff was well-trained and truly made my New Year's stay an enjoyable one. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the live band at the bar was a great way to unwind. the room and amenities offered provided genuine comfort and relaxation.
While the staff was amazing and location ideal for exploring, there were a few issues that detracted from the overall experience. The housekeeping staff could have done a better job with room cleaning and maintenance, there was some noise pollution that interrupted my rest periods, and the food was not up to the standards expected of a hotel of this caliber.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay luxurious, meeting our exclusive amenities needs. the indoor swimming pool was breathtaking and we especially enjoyed the bar/lounge area for drinks and relaxation.
The only minor issue we had was with the restaurant. Although the food was excellent, we noticed that the menu was the same every night.

During my new year's hotel stay, I had an amazing experience. the friendly and well-trained staff made every effort to ensure I had a comfortable stay. the live band in the lounge area was truly fantastic and provided the right level of relaxation after a long day. the room's cleanliness was excellent, and I had a great view from my window. the location was very convenient, putting me within easy reach of some of the best shops, restaurants, and attractions in the city.
